Timeout on test run on test-plctlab-ubuntu2204-riscv64-2 #3559

Re-run link to force to same machine

While we may choose not to use the PLCTlab machines going forward it would be useful to understand if this was a one-off, or whether the dynamic parallel setup should be adjusted in this case.
