1. 发送@全体成员信息 - 防止滥用
2. 发送音频消息 - 我不会写，如果有好心人PR，就可以支持

说明

本插件依赖于

1. Euphony - 用于提供发送消息接口
2. 插件检测更新API - 用于自动检测更新并下载

请在安装本插件前确保已安装以上插件。

安装方法

1. 下载最新 发行版 并解压
2. 将文件夹移动至 LiteLoaderQQNT数据目录/plugins/ 下面
3. 重启QQNT即可
