Hardcore Mode

Each of the three games could potentially have a hardcore mode which would be unlocked upon a triggering event.

Carrots or Garbage / Monty Haul

Possible triggering events could be

The first time you place a bet at the highest bet amount for that level
Reaching a specified "total bet" amount achievement
Lucky Grid

Possible triggering events could be

Completing a 5-carrot run
Accumulation of a number of achievements
Having played both other games in Hardcore mode
