I installed the AUCell package from bioconductor but when calling the AUCell_run function (after loading the AUCell library) I'm getting the error:
could not find function "AUCell_run"
Similarly, I'm getting the error: Error: 'AUCell_run' is not an exported object from 'namespace:AUCell' when trying to call the AUCell_run function by namespace: AUCell::AUCell_run
I removed AUCell and installed the github version. Calling the AUCell_run function without the namespace gives the same error as above, and calling it with the namespace gives this error:
Error in fetch(key) :
lazy-load database '/home/ndr/R/AUCell/help/AUCell.rdb' is corrupt
