Applicability to Bulk RNASeq #38

Hi, wonderful package that is very easy to run and well documented. I'd love to get your thoughts on if you think AUCell might be applicable to running on bulk RNAseq data to get at per-sample geneset enrichment statistics, in lieu of group-centric geneset enrichment a la traditional GSEA. Thanks for your thoughts/advice!
