Obsolete code scripts and fragments #33

ldshmm/util/util_evaluation_mm is the update on the "old" script. The difference between these two is that the new version can separate between bayes and naive while the old one always evaluates both.

Can the "old" version be deleted?

Furthermore, we adapted the simulate_and_store method, but still kept the old versions (simulate_and_store_data ... ). Can this old version be removed, so that we adapt our existing codes to use the new version?

In the case that we want to compare the bayes and naive methods, we need to be able to coordinate the data (set the random seed) as well as the scale of the heatmaps or plots. If that can be done using the scripts that work independently, then we can delete the script that does both together.
