Label info for mask #5

Dear agaldran: very nice work for artery and vein segmentation, I have a question about your mask generation method, Could you please explain how the mask labels are generated?

Do you mean the labels themselves or the field-of-view binary masks ?

Thanks for your reply, I mean field-of-view binary masks(4 classes segmentation), what the mask looks like? could you share the dataset preprocessed format? thanks a lot.

Hi,

If you send me your email I can forward you the files for this project, including the data and some notebooks implementing the training. I did not have time to clean the repo by the publishing time, so the code is a bit "legacy", but you will probably find there what you are looking for.

On other news, I expect to have a better approach to this problem out in the next few weeks, and this time I will really publish the cleaned code and ready to use, stay tuned!
