Add Switchboards #166

Bolas2007 suggested that we add "electrical frames" using the current item casings to make things more compact. I had to do some back and forth translation through a Portuguese translator to understand what he meant, but I think he means that we should make switchboards where you can put breakers, fuses, etc. in one box, with multiple wires in/out.

My idea with this is we create a device that can be mounted (sixnode) that can take in the new current based bus cables in addition to the regular cables that I'll be working on, and make it so that you can route the different colors in the panel using a click and drag wire interface (the CCT would be able to copy this config).

This issue is being closed now since there will be no more feature updates in Electrical Age for Minecraft 1.7.10. If the issue is relevant to 1.12, it will be re-opened there at a later date.

My idea for this is that in the future SigBus will be able to carry low-current wires inside it. There can also be a high current ground wire and a high current power input wire, and then the panel can be wired using a special GUI that adds breakers and manages the connectivity across the panel.
