Add Solar Tower #188

A 3rd type of panel that could be added is a solar tower.

MIT is currently working on trying to design these to make them make 10x to 20x the power of a traditional solar panel.

also i was going to mention the solar concentration method using mirrors to hit a central target to boil water and power a steam turbine as a way to build a power plant.

This issue is being closed now since there will be no more feature updates in Electrical Age for Minecraft 1.7.10. If the issue is relevant to 1.12, it will be re-opened there at a later date.

This model looks awesome but we need to be able to use fluids on ghost nodes to be able to use this.
