Smallest Flashlight tweak #267

Now flashlight can't be turned on while discharged. And auto turns off.

Its seems weird when you can turn your flashlight on and see its "lighting" state while battery charge is 0. So, here is a small fix 🤗

Needs to be rebased on 1.20.x and also need to look into the bug next time I run the client.
