Remove collapsible CocoaPods/Carthage sections #22

The import statements are the same, so no real need for them IMO.

Good point about import-statements. I do prefer to keep the collapsible sections because I want to focus on the API side of the library in this readme rather than how to install. Most users know how and all they need to know is that it supports carthage and cocoapods.
