Use ruby-2.0 #15

We're about to deploy application on heroku, which use ruby-2.0 as default. So should we.

I can confirm app run on 2.0 without any problem, since I use it as system ruby and run the app through it.

So basically, it's just about changing rvm version and specifying ruby version in gemfile.

this issue should be reworded in use ruby 2.1
