I've upgraded my main app from bootstrap-2 to bootstrap-3, recently, and I would recommend against doing so : most of class names has been changed, some feature has been removed, other work differently. They are two different frameworks, actually.

So, migrating to bootstrap-3 is an option, but mostly like "changing framework" rather than "updating framework".

PS : can we speak in english, here, so that upstream can understand what we do ?

@dboissier , can you provide logo and texts to change ?

I just put the Agile Conf logo and email. For the text, I need to discuss with the team.
