How presenters are supposed to create accounts

I somewhat hacked (well commented-out) the db:seed + used reset password to get access to my propile instance. So far, so good I can create sessions, review and even add users. Perfect.

However, I don't know how users (presenters) are supposed to registered themselves. I never submitted a talk to agile-france or xpdays so I didn't see it in action. Is there a link/config to enable it ?

In the configuration page, you have an option named Session submission active. Just enable it by clicking on the toggle button and the presenters will be able to submit their proposal on the home page.
