Release 1.3.2 #12

-writing to single-file CSV now includes only 1 (the proper) header

-Added SUM_DECIMAL_NUMBER AVG_DECIMAL_NUMBER STD_DECIMAL_NUMBER metrics

-spark supported version is now 2.4.0
