John, consider including (1) the specific meeting / workspace, (2) the specific time, and (3) the user I am looking for.
Also (4) the specific error message if it happens, but that seems not to have been the case.
Without those, I really can't do anything with this.
I'm in a meeting that includes a person located in the UK taking notes. She reports having gotten a complete screen freeze.
