some UI glitches

In orienting some facilitators in training to weaver I discovered the following glitches & requests

1. please make the standard roles not default to read only. Makes not sense for example to have the circle admin "read only"
2. in the Edit Player box it shows Read Only access and then a color drop down. Why do you need read only access to have a color? What is the use of the color?
3. I showed them the use of the round box, but there are about 20 people in the members list only 1/3 of whom are likely to show up. There is no way to copy the members names easily into the round box. Do the meeting participants automatically fill the Round box? It's not clear. Ie, if you go into a Round box , there is no easy way to fill in names and you have to refill the names for each box.

Members and Administrators are update roles. I was told that every person in Circle Admin was also in Members. Is that true?
