  1. Name - Swarnalakshmi used to be a member of the CircleWeaver workspace. But she is no longer listed. I tried to include her in a new workspace (in the sociocracy site) I created but the system did not have any record of her. Why didn't the system retain her?
  2. The timezone for her showed up partly for India, partly London. See screen shot at this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VjG1X1MzOS1T9wcCsxDon4w0jNjWManHigoIL2hIP08/edit?usp=sharing. I tried to reset her timezone but the only city in India I could find was Calcutta (not Mumbai, not Delhi, not New Delhi, not Hyderabad. Why?
  3. The "Presenter" field apparently requires the presenter to be a member of the workspace. However, it would be better to allow any designation. For example, the meeting I was setting up will be attended by someone who has never used Weaver before. We will send her the agenda (which she can view without being a member of the workspace), but I would like to be able to show her as a presenter on one item. I can't send her the agenda showing her as being a presenter because she'd have to be part of the workspace first. Request: dont put any restraints on the Presenter field.
