AMP issues with long name logic #5402

Hello,

When using longer yet not super long URLs, (randomly and only) sometimes AMP will throw error in error_log as it tries to include random "cookie css" data, despite not enabling cookie notice setting, i cannot reproduce the issue but i see it hundreds of times in error log

@djixas Are you using any plugin for cookie management ?

I do not and have cookie or gdpr stuff and all of the gdpr/cookie stuff is disabled in AMP too
