Can't disconnect users that I upload to

Prerequisites

• [X] I'm not reporting an issue that is related to the Web UI/API/extensions (web-related issues should be reported for AirDC++ Web Client)

Describe the issue

Users that i upload to won't disconnect when i select them in the transfer view and select Close connection

Expected behavior

User should be disconnected

Nothing happens

If the status of the user is Upload finished, idle... and i use Close connection the user will disappear from the transfer view as it should do.
