Web Server for AirDC++W is using incorrect internet interface on reboot -- not preserving correct one after reboot #70

The HTTP server column doesn't preserve port 0 which should disable the HTTP access altogether.

The 5601 port thing doesn't preserve interface selection of the one specified, it chooses localhost, and not saving one i choose.

This is fixed already in the latest beta with https://github.com/airdcpp/airdcpp-windows/commit/4af5feb7fce41e2bfdc27fddfa77d0c0d090ff44
