Bottom mask flickers on Kindle Fire #6

possible indexing issue. top mask works fine. Possibly related to no animation on bottom mask in Safari

Fixed with https://github.com/ajam/pulp/commit/c169b606ae079ebde407d68d69d12015dc70a491

It was an indexing issue but changing z-index didn't seem to help. This fix enables hardware acceleration and that did the trick.
