Bug when resizing window #29

When resizing the tab window size horizontally with the mouse (click/drag), after I let go of the left mouse button it behaves as if I had not released the button. This only started happening in the latest version, and my colleague experiences the same behavior.

VSCode Latex Preview version 0.5.1 Environment:

Version: 1.36.1 (system setup) Electron: 4.2.5 Chrome: 69.0.3497.128 Node.js: 10.11.0 V8: 6.9.427.31-electron.0 OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.17763
