Can we please add basic usage into GitHub's README.md?

The README is missing how to use the CLI (explanation of the different parameters). For example: For creating a new pipeline run: akamai pipeline new-pipeline <pipeli ne_name> ... For listing Edgehostnames run: akamai pipeline list-edgehostnames ...

I agree with @javiergarza I specifically need to know how to promote a change without pushing on staging or production.
