Holding middle mouse button anywhere to clear the pinned recipe Add a related setting for how long to hold until it going to get clear By default it set to 3 seconds

Thanks. I've been meaning to look into keyboard shortcuts so let me work this out. As I mentioned on Discord, this long-press is not robust as any accidental long press would clear the recipes unintentionally.
