This PR merges the branch php-7.1 into master, and update all the documentation, present only on master, to use the akeneo namespace of the images.
There is a lot of rework to be done on the documentation, but this is not the purpose of this PR. Here, we just ensure that names and links are correct regarding the new ownership of the images.
