Now that Akeneo 1.7 is no longer supported, we only need PHP images based on PHP 7.1 and more, and only FPM is needed.

We can deprecate all PHP 5.6 images, and all akeneo/apache images. This means:

removing Dockerfiles from the repository (update the README),
removing automated builds.

However, we can keep the other images and tags and Docker Hub. There will just be no updates for them anymore.
