Dummy image gallery created using basic HTML,CSS and Bootstrap4 to work on for hacktober fest participants. Code is divided into a .Html file and a .Css file(used for styling the page) The participants are required to fork the repository into their github account and work on the gallery.html and gallery.css and fix the issues listed and submit a pull request.
