Hover Effect on socail media icon not work on Pet News page

Describe the bug The hover effect functions correctly on the Home page for social media icons but is not working as expected on the Pet News Page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Pet News'
2. Scroll down to 'Footer'
3. See error
