Describe the bug Icons are not arranged correctly is “Adopt me” page

To Reproduce

Go to Website
Click on ‘Meet Pets’
Click on ‘Adopt me’
We can see that icons are not placed perfectly

Expected behavior Icons should be aligned properly with the input tag
