Uniform Navbar style for all the pages #1209

Describe the bug Navbar style is different for "SOS Report" page and other pages. Some links are missing in the navbar on different pages. I would like to make it uniform for all the pages.

Additional context Assign this issue to me so I can fix this and add the hacktoberfest tag
