language changes only for homepage

When language is changed in homepage, it doesn't reflect on the other pages

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to homepage of PetMe
2. Click on 'select language'
3. Choose language of choice
4. Go to any page of choice, for example 'Donate' or 'SOS Report', Language changes back to English on its own.
5. (works for Blogs and Meet Pets)

Desired language should be reflected throughout all pages unless selected otherwise.

Desktop

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser chrome
• Version [e.g. 22]

• Browser [e.g. stock browser, safari]
