Describe the bug Favicon is not working

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe/index.html'
Click on 'Donate' Tab on Nav Bar
See error

Expected behavior Favicon must render on the tab
