Implementing a dark mode toggle button beside the navigation bar and a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of a webpage. By implementing a dark mode toggle button and a horizontal scrollbar, we can enhance the usability and accessibility of the website. These features cater to user preferences and device capabilities, ensuring a better overall experience for all visitors. I would love to work on it and contribute at least a bit. Please allow me to make these changes
