Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes addition of preloader will increase user interest to the site

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to add a simple animation that would render until the site is being loaded

Describe alternatives you've considered The loader would be completely responsive and matching the theme of site

Additional context Kindly assign this issue to me under GSSoC'24
