Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In many localities , people adopt animals [ stray dogs and cats ] and use them for selling purpose for their domestic needs , and innocent animals are trapped in voilence .

Describe the solution you'd like We should check the identity and the background of the adopter before any further actions . A feature which detects his background history , working profession via forms and legal documentation . so that no innocent animal have to suffer this trap.

For further Enhancement and more proficiency we can hire some officials to particular localities to check-out the proper detailing.
