Add the FAQ section in the website #615

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Without an FAQ section on a website, users may struggle to find quick answers to common questions, leading to increased support inquiries and a potentially frustrating user experience.

Describe the solution you'd like The solution to the problem is to create a comprehensive FAQ section on the website, addressing frequently asked questions and providing clear and concise answers, improving user satisfaction and reducing support inquiries.

Describe alternatives you've considered Some alternatives to consider instead of or in addition to an FAQ section are : 1) Implementing a live chat feature for real-time support 2) Offering a community forum where users can ask and answer each other's questions. These alternatives provide additional avenues for users to find the information they need and engage with others for support.

Additional context Here is a simple prototype of FAQ section.
