Navbar on Adopt Me page #801

Describe the bug The tagline size and Toggle theme button is different than in other pages.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'home page'
  2. Click on 'Adopt Me'
  3. See error

Expected behavior Navbar should be similar in all pages.
