Submit Button Hover Bug #888

Describe the bug On the Become A Volunteer section of the webpage, hovering over the submit button is elongating it and it does not look correct.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Support Us'
Click on 'Become A Volunteer'
Scroll down the form and hover over 'Submit'
See error

Expected behavior The button should glow/enlarge nicely/etc.
