Scrolling Behavior is Not Much Smooth in Pet Me Blogs Section

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://akshitagupta15june.github.io/PetMe/'
Click on 'Blogs' Option
Scroll down to 'Bottom Scroll Icon Option'
See error on Blogs page, Scrolling Behavior is Not Much Smooth

Expected behavior

Improve Scrolling behavior from Bottom to Top in Blogs Page
