"Meet Pets" button in Navbar is not working when clicked. #961

Describe the bug When the Meet pets button in the navbar is pressed, it does not take you to the meet pets section of the home page. kindly allow me to fix this error under gssoc23

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'home page'
  2. Click on 'Meet Pets' button in the navbar.
  3. See error

Expected behavior When you click on "Meet Pets" button in the navbar, it takes you to the Meet Pets section of the webpage.
