When using tl.cluster + pl.in_situ with joint=True.

I think I resolved it (with the next commit) by adding dummy points to the replicates for each cluster that is not present in a replicate. This is a very hacky solution, for sure, and unfortunately the dummy points show up in spatial plots (albeit behind all the other points). But it's probably good enough?
