Working version #20

This PR is working in local Geth still needed to check in Red-T.

Testing: The proxy account of "firstIdentityWallet" 0x9CAe91E2a8E322Dd5c2604124DA1a7b9BE6d64d1 is issuer and Service provider, but its EOA (0x643266eb3105f4bf8b4f4fec50886e453f0da9ad) is neither issuer nor Service Provider.
