[x] LatestBlogEntries Plugin should have a default value for "Latest entries". Say 5.
[x] LatestBlogEntries Plugin should not filter based on tags if none are selected (selecting no tag should display all)
[ ] make blog templates editable in the online editor
[x] don't 404 if there are no blog entries (show an empty list instead)

Point the should be a bug on the control panel as it is a regression in the online ide.
