installation instructions for non-cloud users #14

I didn't know there will be any non-cloud users.Sometimes the code in Aldryn plugins have meaning only on the cloud (e.g. cmscloud_config.py).

@stefanfoulis should Aldryn add-ons be maintain for non-cloud users as well?
