Add coauthor to posts #61

This has already been discussed in #56. For now, the coauthor field references to auth.User, since author also points there. I suggest to change these (both fields at the same time) to aldryn_people.Person in a later release.

I changed my mind. Lets add it anyway. Please update our wordpress importer to include this field as well.

Oh, just noticed now. Please add it to the default template as well.
