Set of fixes:
Fixed flipped outputs (flip in each read until final blit which is made in C# scale and bias)
Enabled filtering ports for inputs that are not needed (eg enums)
I made a full overhaul for all MixtureNodes to uniformize styles so it's gonna be easier to manage in the longer term. This implied many refactors in views.
