Backend management system for Artifex event
Built with Codeigniter as its MVC and Bootstrap 3 as CSS engine.
The plan for umpire is for it to manage the content being distributed to the clients for Artifex (a culture festival). It will maintain a central master dataset to be seeded to the clients, as wel as notify them of changes and sending messages (via push) to alert users.
It will also provide a JSON/REST API for the iOS client to connect to.
Run bower install to pull down jQuery, Bootstrap and the other project requirements. If you do not have bower installed try here, Bower.
