[BUG] "Applications" can't be modified or deleted because it's required by macOS. #37

Describe the bug

After uninstalling any app, I get the error "Applications" can't be modified or deleted because it's required by macOS. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Pearcleaner
  2. Uninstall any app
  3. See error

Expected behavior

It would just uninstall the app without any error Desktop (please complete the following information):

Add any other context about the problem here. It deletes the app, but also gives the error

Your OS seems to have a lot of strange issues that I can almost never reproduce easily 😂 I tested this out on a couple separate macs and I'm not seeing anything like that. And I'm pretty sure I didn't touch the deletion logic recently.

Can you check if you catch any errors in Console.app? Make sure "Include Debug Messages" is enabled and set the subsystem with my apps bundle id like the screenshot below: com.alienator88.Pearcleaner

Start recording in Console and reproduce the issue, let me know if it catches anything.

Do you see the issue if you delete an app from your user directory ~/Applications or only the system one /Applications?

Hey there, is this still an issue for you? Unfortunately I'm still not able to reproduce this problem, nor have any other users reported this.
