Population of Location information

As a user on-boarding onto Alkemio I want to be able to load existing Location information

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] client-lib updated to work with Location information
• [ ] populator extended to allow the uploading of Location data (city, country) for the following entity types: Organization, Challenge, Opportunity
  • [ ] User updating of Location adjusted to new setup
